Tintern

Tintern takes its name from the Abbey,
built by "The White Monks of Tintern" who farmed
shallots in the Abbey grounds. Tintern is a blend of Welsh matured
Cheddar with fresh chives and shallots. A superb combination of
flavours for the cheeseboard, and perfect for enlivening any
cheese dish. Tintern has a smooth, creamy texture that subtley
accentuates the taste of chives and shallots. Available in a
2.25kg deli wheel (pack size 1) and a 200g parchment wrap portion

Red Dragon

Red Dragon takes its name from the
dragon symbol of the Welsh flag. It is a blended Welsh Cheddar
cheese with wholegrain mustard seeds and Welsh ale, coated in a
bright red wax. Red Dragon combines the subtle sharpness and depth
of natural mustard with the mild, piquant taste notes of the Welsh
ale and traditional Cheddar. Available in a 2.25kg deli wheel

Cheddar with chopped horseradish and parsley, coated in an orange
