A
pale creamy White Stilton base cheese with obvious pieces
of dried cranberries which have a rich, sweet, fruity
flavour.
Turkey and Cranberry
Ciabatta Sandwich: cut some freshly bake Ciabatta bread in
half and then slice it in two horizontally. Spread one
side of each half with cranberry sauce. Place some sliced
turkey on top. Add stuffing if desired. Crumble White
Stilton with Cranberries over the top and serve.

taste.
Chocolate and cinnamon bagel with
pear and apple: saute slices of red apple and pear in butter and
sugar until they begin to soften. Split and toast some cinnamon
and raisin bagels, then spread each with chocolate spread and top
with the fruit and a generous drizzle of melted chocolate. |
