White Stilton with Cranberries

A pale creamy White Stilton base cheese with obvious pieces of dried cranberries which have a rich, sweet, fruity flavour. 

Turkey and Cranberry Ciabatta Sandwich: cut some freshly bake Ciabatta bread in half and then slice it in two horizontally. Spread one side of each half with cranberry sauce. Place some sliced turkey on top. Add stuffing if desired. Crumble White Stilton with Cranberries over the top and serve. 

Strawberry Fayre
White Stilton cheese blended with strawberries, the appeal of this cheese lies in its luxurious creamy texture and mild, refreshing taste of strawberries.

Strawberry Shortcake: spread rounds of shortcake with your favourite berry jam. Top with a slice of Strawberry Fayre and a fresh strawberry.

Blueberry Fayre
This particularly attractive cheese blends the fresh mildness of creamy White Stilton, with the delicate flavour of whole blueberries.

Blueberry Fayre with Avocado, Lime and Mint: interleaf slices of Blueberry Fayre with slices of avocado. Sprinkle with lime juice and finish with a sprig of mint.

Wensleydale with Apricot
An open textured, crumbly Wensleydale combined with an abundance of succulent dried apricot pieces.

White Stilton with Apricot
One of Clawson's most popular blended cheeses - succulent dried apricot pieces add their delicate sweetness to White Stilton.

Warm Buttered Scones: top warm buttered scones with slivers of White Stilton with Apricot for a tea time snack.

Lemon Zest

One of Clawson's first true dessert cheeses, Lemon Zest has become a favourite, combining the mildness of White Stilton with the zing of lemon.

Lemon Pancakes: sprinkle lemon juice and sugar onto a hot pancake, crumble some Lemon Zest over the top, roll up and serve.

Creamy White Stilton with Pear and Apple

A combination of White Stilton mixed with succulent chunks of pear and apple giving a true orchard taste.

Chocolate and cinnamon bagel with pear and apple: saute slices of red apple and pear in butter and sugar until they begin to soften. Split and toast some cinnamon and raisin bagels, then spread each with chocolate spread and top with the fruit and a generous drizzle of melted chocolate.
