Devon Oke

The recipe for Devon Oke dates back to the 17th century and was only rediscovered by the current cheesemaker 20 years ago. It has mellow, creamy flavour and smooth, yet firm texture. Available in 4.5kg or 2.25kg.
Curworthy
Curworthy is the smaller sister of Devon Oke, available in 500g.
Sharpham Rustic
Made from the rich, golden milk of their herd of Jersey cows, Sharpham Rustic is a wonderful example of a talented cheesemaker using old skills to create a new cheese. Cream is added back into the cheese to add richness and careful maturing has given it a more concentrated flavour. Available in 1.7kg.
Rustic with Chives and Garlic
The idea for this cheese came from the cows! Having eaten wild garlic by the river the flavour started to come through in the milk. So now chives and garlic are added to the cheese. Available in 1.7kg.
Cornish Blue
A soft-textured creamy blue from the very tip of England's West Country, made from the milk of a herd of Friesian cows. The aim was to make a cheese that was a contrast to Stilton and more in the style of blues from the rest of Europe like Fourme d'Ambert and Irish Cashel Blue. Available in 1kg, 2.5kg or 5kg.
Lord of the Hundreds
A superb English ewe's milk cheese that has much in common with an Italian pecorino. Grainy texture and aged to give real depth of flavour, the delicate rich milk leaves a creamy, sweet note. Available in 4.3kg-5kg only.
Teifi
This wonderful Welsh cow's milk cheese takes its inspiration and 500 year old recipe from an old Dutch Gouda. Teifi with its full tang and powerful flavour is matured for up to one year. Available in 4kg or 8kg.
