Charnwood
Smoke flavour Cheddar that has been lightly dusted with paprika - an excellent cheese which gives variety to the cheeseboard.

Charnwood Grilled Avocado: smother avocado halves with grated Charnwood. Place under a moderate grill until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve at once topped with spoonfuls of soured cream and salsa.

Innkeepers Choice
An exceptional cheese - Clawson has taken fine mature Cheddar and added tangy pickled onions and refreshing chives.

Hot Real Cheese and Onion Crisps: smother plain crisps with grated Innkeepers Choice, grill or bake until melted and serve hot.

Cotswold
A long-standing member of the Clawson range, Cotswold is a delicious blend of Double Gloucester cheese with chopped chives and onions.

Cotswold Cottage Pie: sprinkle grated Cotswold on top of cottage pie before baking to add extra flavour.

Huntsman
A traditional layered cheese - prime Blue Stilton is sandwiched between mild Double Gloucester.

Crusty Huntsman Baguette: layer slices of turkey breast, avocado and Huntsman cheese on a chunk of buttered baguette. Grill until bubbling and serve with your favourite chutney.

Mature Cheddar with Malt Whisky
Available from October to December, this is an admirable cheese for the festive season. Clawson has taken a fine Mature Cheddar and added a good helping of malt whisky, making this a warming, wintertime cheese.

Whisky Chicken: Fry strips of chicken in oil and set aside. Fry some onions, peppers and courgettes until golden. Make a sauce by adding a can of condensed soup. Add chopped chives, English mustard, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Return the chicken to the pan and add some grated Mature Cheddar with Malt Whisky, simmer until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.

Royal Windsor
Made by hand, this cheese combines layers of brightly coloured Windsor Red (a Cheddar cheese marbled with a mix of port and brandy) with traditional Blue Stilton. 
Cheddar with Garlic & Parsley
Cheddar has been blended with chopped parsley and garlic, resulting in a well balanced cheese with a popular combination of flavours.

Cheddar Topped Roasted Vegetables: sprinkle grated Cheddar with Garlic and Parsley generously over roasted vegetables and grill until melted.

Windsor Red
A pale cream Cheddar cheese marbled with a mix of port and brandy.

Windsor Red Ruby Salad: for a striking salad, combine Windsor Red with white and deep ruby red ingredients. For example red and white cabbage, radicchio, grated raw beetroot, red skinned apple, red grapes and red onion.

Herb & Garlic Whirl
A smooth soft textured outer cheese flecked with herbs, and a whirl of soft cheese filling in the centre, presented like a Swiss roll. 

Fish Whirl: season a thick piece of firm white fish and sprinkle with a little lemon or lime juice. Grill until just cooked, top with a slice of Herb & Garlic Whirl and grill again until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve immediately.

Onion & Chive Whirl
A delicious combination of Red Leicester and cream cheese with onions and chives in a Swiss roll format.

Savoury Pancakes: roast some vegetables of your choice with some olive oil and garlic, until tender. Place vegetables down the centre of a warm pancake, place a slice of Onion & Chive Whirl on top and flash under a very hot grill until cheese has melted. Roll up pancake and serve immediately.

Cheese Terrine
A soft textured Red Leicester cheese flecked with black pepper for a warm flavour, then cooled with a creamy soft cheese - a great combination and attractive presentation.

Cheese Terrine salad: place a slice of Cheese Terrine on each serving plate. Toss baby spinach leaves and sliced red bell peppers in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing and arrange with the cheese. Season with a twist of black pepper.
