Blue Shropshire cheese |

Quantities of ingredients will be
determined by the number of people to serve. |

METHOD:

Fill crumpet sized mushrooms (large open
field mushrooms) generously with Blue Shropshire. |
|
Bake in a medium oven until melted
and juicy. |
|
Serve on toasted crumpets to soak up
the juices. |
