INGREDIENTS:

|
100g / 4oz digestive biscuits or
ginger nuts, crushed
|
|
50g / 2oz butter, melted
|
|
125g / 5oz Strawberry Fayre
|
|
150g / 6oz cream cheese
|
|
25g / 1oz caster sugar
|
|
Strawberries to decorate
|
|
Berry jam (optional)
|
|
Toasted nuts (optional)
|
|
|

METHOD:
|
|
Mix together the biscuits and melted
butter. Press firmly into the base of a flan dish and chill.
|
|
At this stage you could spread a berry
jam over the biscuit base.
|
|
Blend together the Creamy White
Stilton with Strawberries and cream cheese. Spread the mixture
over the base and smooth.
|
|
Chill for a few hours, and then
decorate with slice strawberries and toasted nuts (optional)
before serving.
