INGREDIENTS: |
| 125g/5oz
Blue Stilton, crumbled |
| 180ml/6fl
oz double cream |
| Finely
chopped walnuts for garnish |

| METHOD: |
| Beat
the Stilton and 75ml/ 2˝fl oz of the cream together. Whisk the
remaining cream until stiff. |
| Using
a metal spoon, carefully fold the whipped cream into the cheese
mixture. Be very gentle and do not over mix. Freeze. |
| Serve
topped with finely chopped walnuts. |
