Clawson Paneer goes to the States |

Traditional Indian cheese,
Paneer, made by Long Clawson Dairy for many years, is now
available in the USA. This popular ingredient can be found
in many traditional, authentic Indian dishes and curries.
The perfect protein substitute, Paneer can be easily grated,
sliced or cubed, retaining its shape when cooked and taking
on the flavours that it is cooked with. |

Launch of Thomas Hoe Stevenson® Aged Leicestershire Red |

Thomas Hoe
Stevenson® Aged Leicestershire Red is a traditionally made
cheese, aged to perfection and individually hand selected to
ensure the finest quality. It is made in the heart of the Vale
of Belvoir using only Leicestershire milk.
Matured to approximately 6 months,
Thomas Hoe Stevenson® Aged Leicestershire Red has a flaky open
texture and a lemony, slightly sweet nutty caramelised flavour
reminiscent of the varieties produced in the county from where
it originated centuries ago.
Popular in Victorian times, this
finest of English Cheeses is cloth bound during maturation to
aid the development of the rust red coat which make the cheese
truly authentic.
Thomas Hoe Stevenson® was one of the
original cheesemakers from the Vale of Belvoir, who made cheese
on Mount Pleasant Farm near Melton Mowbray in the late 1800’s
and early 1900’s

sampler tray from Cahills in the spring.

able to offer a full range of traditional cheeses from Isle of
Man Creameries. Varieties include Oak Smoked Mature Cheddar,
Oregano and Basil Mature Cheddar and Black Peppercorn Mature
Cheddar. Attractively packaged, the cheeses can be provided in
a number of formats including 120g, 240g, 1.1kg half wheels
and a triple pack. For

free product that is extremely versatile. Made from soya, Sheese
